Windsor is a regular speaker at international events, including CARTES Secure Connexions (2014), NFC World Congress (2013) and Mobile World Congress (2008 and 2011). Joanne Prowse

JoProwse Joanne Prowse was appointed as Acting Chief Executive of PhonepayPlus in May 2014 and sits on the PhonepayPlus Board.

Jo has been with PhonepayPlus since September 2010 as Director of Operations and IT overseeing consumer complaint handling, regulatory enforcement and business and IT infrastructure teams. As part of the PhonepayPlus leadership, she has embedded a new outcomes-based regulatory framework supported by the launch of the industry-wide Registration Scheme and has overseen the transformation of systems, processes and reporting to support consumer protection and drive up market compliance.

Prior to joining PhonepayPlus, Jo was with the Performing Right Society (PRS for Music) where she rose to Managing Director for Membership and Operations with previous appointments of Executive Director for Membership and Communications Director.


Mark Challinor

ChallinorMark is CEO of Media Futures Ltd, a commercial consultancy specialising in engagement strategy (particularly the digital:mobile arena).

He is former Director of Mobile Platforms for one of the world's most iconic news brands, The Daily Telegraph in London, UK. There, he was responsible for all things mobile and tablet, both developing and commercialising.

Now he advises companies (media, bands, brands and entertainment companies) across the globe, on digital:mobile strategies and in 2014 has spoken at or run digital media conferences in the USA, Guatemala and Germany with India, Dubai and the Dominican Republic.

A current major project is helping the Academy Awards in Hollywood provide a tablet app/voting system for the Oscars.

Mark is also Vice President for the International News Media Association (www.INMA.org) a commercial trade association for news media professionals around the world, which highlights media trends, ideas and case studies around the industry. In this respect, he is the past holder of the industry's major honour, that of it’s "Silver Shovel" Award. This is an annual award given to the individual in news media who has given outstanding contribution to the industry.

Mark sits on the UK's Advertising Standards Authority’s Code of Advertising Practice (CAP) panel. In that capacity, he has responsibilities for media advertising fitting with the body’s ethos of being legal, honest, decent and truthful.

Andrew Beurschgens

Rory has worked in the network end of the mobile interactive services industry until he set up his own consultancy service company in 2013. Rory has been on the Board of AIME since 2006 and stepped in as interim Managing Director of AIME in September 2013.

Gavin Dent

Toby Padgham
